This Shipping Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By placing an order you agree to the terms below.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally, to APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or to freight forwarders. Orders placed to ineligible addresses will be cancelled and refunded.
We reserve the right to refuse service or decline to ship to any address at our discretion.
Orders are typically processed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business daysof order confirmation, excluding weekends and US federal holidays. High-volume periods (promotions, new releases) may extend processing by 1–3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking when your order leaves our facility.
We offer USPS First Class and Priority Mail for most domestic orders. Typical transit time after pickup is 3–7 business days. Transit times are estimates from the carrier and are not guaranteed. Rates are shown at checkout and depend on weight and destination.

All orders ship in plain, unmarked outer packaging without any reference to the contents, the nature of the business, or our branding on the exterior. Return addresses use a generic sender name. Discreet packaging is a standard practice and does not alter any legal obligation you have under the laws of your state or locality.
You are responsible for providing a correct, complete, and deliverable shipping address. We cannot reroute, intercept, or redirect a package once it has been handed to the carrier. Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address will be re-shipped at your expense, or refunded minus the original shipping and a restocking fee (see Returns & Refunds).
Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon our delivery of the package to the carrier. If tracking shows your package as lost, stolen, delayed beyond a reasonable period, or delivered-but-missing, contact us at Sales@thecaliconnection.com within 14 daysof the expected delivery date. We will open a carrier investigation and, at our discretion, offer a replacement, store credit, or refund after the carrier's investigation is resolved.
Damaged packages: take a photo of the packaging and contents before disposing of anything, and email us within 7 days of delivery.
In the rare event that a package is seized, interdicted, or refused by any carrier or authority, we do not accept responsibility for replacement or refund beyond what applicable law requires. We do not ship to jurisdictions where our products may be unlawful, and placing an order does not create any obligation on us to ship to a restricted jurisdiction.
Adult-signature delivery may be available at checkout for an additional fee. When selected, the carrier will require an adult (21+) to sign for the package. We strongly recommend adult signature for valuable orders and for customers whose mail is not secure.
Applicable state sales tax is calculated and collected at checkout where required by law. You are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or regulatory fees imposed by your state or local jurisdiction.
