Age Policy

The Cali Connection is an adult-only site. Access to our catalog, account features, and checkout is restricted to individuals who are at least 21 years of age, regardless of your state's legal age of majority for other purposes. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service.

1. Minimum age

You must be 21 or older to:

• Create an account.
• Place an order or complete checkout.
• Receive a delivery of our products.
• Subscribe to marketing communications or any list that references our products.

2. How we verify

We require each customer to affirm 21+ age at checkout. The affirmation is recorded with a timestamp as part of the order record. We may also:

• Use automated fraud-prevention signals (address mismatch, device risk, velocity) to flag suspicious orders.
• Require adult-signature delivery on qualifying orders.
• Request a government-issued ID (with sensitive details redacted by you) in limited cases where a signed delivery cannot be arranged or where risk signals warrant additional verification.
• Cancel any order where we have a reasonable belief the purchaser is under 21.

3. Misrepresentation

Misrepresenting your age is a material breach of our Terms and may constitute fraud under applicable law. We reserve the right to:

• Cancel and refund (or refuse to refund, if fraud is shown) any affected order.
• Permanently ban the account, device, and associated payment methods.
• Report fraudulent activity to payment networks and authorities.

4. Children's information

The Site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13 in violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe we have collected information from a minor, contactSales@thecaliconnection.com and we will delete the information promptly.

5. Delivery & household responsibility

Orders ship in discreet packaging and, where available, may require an adult signature on delivery. Once a package is handed off or left at your address by the carrier, you are responsible for ensuring it is received by an adult 21 or older. Do not authorize minors to accept carrier deliveries on your behalf.
