Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of seed products, all sales are final. This Policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service and explains the narrow circumstances under which we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

1. Final sale

Seeds cannot be resold or restocked once they leave our facility. For that reason, we do not accept returns of:

• Opened, unsealed, or used seed packaging.
• Planted, soaked, or germinated seeds.
• Products purchased during a clearance or final-sale event.
• Seeds that did not germinate or produce the results you hoped for — see Section 4 below.

2. Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains a product different from what you ordered, email Sales@thecaliconnection.com within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number.
• Photos of the outer packaging, the inner packaging, and the items as received.
• A brief description of the issue.

We will work with you in good faith to make it right, which may include, at our discretion: replacement of the affected item(s), store credit for the affected item(s), or refund to your original payment method.

3. Lost or non-delivered orders

If tracking shows your package as lost, stolen, delayed beyond a reasonable period, or marked delivered but not received, please review Section 6 of our Shipping Policy and contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

4. Germination & grow outcomes

We do not guarantee germination, yield, cannabinoid profile, flowering time, plant structure, or any other grow outcome. Those outcomes depend on environment, medium, water, light, nutrients, genetics expression, and grower skill — all factors outside our control. A seed that does not sprout, or a plant whose phenotype differs from a typical description, is not a defect and is not eligible for refund or replacement under this Policy.

5. Cancellations & order changes

Orders may be cancelled or modified only while in the “Pending” status. Once an order enters the “Processing” or “Shipped” status, it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email Sales@thecaliconnection.com immediately with your order number.

6. Refund processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take additional time to appear on your statement. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where we shipped an incorrect item.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback — most issues are resolved faster and in your favor through support. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your account, loss of site access, and referral to collections.
